Paul Krugman's Latest Post on Unemployment Levels
Another good post from Krugman.
Implicit is the notion that unemployment is not structural and is highly toxic for society and economy.
The unemployment rate is still the right measure of this. At over 7% in the US and UK, it's still very bad.
